It doesn’t matter if it is a CAD support, engineering, participation in production of complex part or external rework, we still believe the customer satisfaction can be reached by strong QMS reflecting the best practises of our Company
It is a basic principle that processes with the low added value are more effective when outsourced by external company. With providing pioneering solutions we are able to maximize the efficiency of this processes to gather more profit as done internally.
Here is the brief description how we assure the complex rework action based on QMS system to get successful results.
- When we get the 1st.contact with problem description of concern (5W2H, Global 8D, Quality alert we try to perform the feasibility study of rework according available resources and failure. When requirements meet our infrastructure opportunities Purchase order can be signed. Before start, we prefer to do Customer visit / TECO where we define the CC, SC, HC characteristics on rework process & part. Then we had to Follow up with management the aspects from CP, DFMEA, PFMEA relation to defective zone. Then we need to define the target of rework effectiveness and internal guidelines to be met. Last step is to collect the OK and NOK samples / master parts / factory counterparts or gauges
- In the second stage we try to secure all equipment & standards & facility in order to prepare the workshop for the action. We make the verification of Loading, transport, Unloading and handling processes, In the meantime we manufacture the tooling. When those steps are fully mastered, we had to do the workinstruction as the most important element of whole preparation cycles. The best inputs for creating the workinstruction are always the risk analysis, compliance matrix, Job setup, process parameters, Traceability Plan, Gauge repeatability & reproducibility and if possible, some error proofing technique.
- In the following phase we try to prepare the workshop for the action. The main task before full onset is to carry out the Trials of Rework to evaluate effectiveness according target & specification. By Implementing work area layout and 5S methodology we can get the stable workflow. In the last steps we consider to apply the most satisfactory method of logistics FIFO/LIFO/FEFO maintain the process flow and daily reporting template to get the sufficient information flow. During the action is necessary to adjust the inputs to for the purpose of fulfilment capacity and production planning – APW
In the last Stage we focus on preform continual improvement of the project. When action is finished, we can offer the handbook of worst case defects for your R&D department.
