Slovakia RESIDENT ENGINEER service
I am offering a service of resident engineer in case of quality assurance requirement, where we are trying to decrease your quality issues on customer site by consitent surveliance of IATF 16949 standards and proactive approach. My role is spot early indications and warnings, symptoms of pending equipment failure, not waiting for problems to happen. As your nominated represenatat i will contribute to build a strong image. In case of existing quality issues I will mittiagate theit imapct on your overall supplier quality rating as well as immediate analysis of risen complaints through quality tools as 5W2H, Global 8D, turtle diagrams, risk and opportunity analysis… . In case of early product lifecycle i am here to assure fluent PPaP process on customer site and providing the feedback for APQP with daily basis reporting.
If you are looking for a representant to take care about your parts on customer site and give you precise objective feedback, tell us about the week agenda, place of work, part description, basic quality issues and we will give you the Hour price. Short term contracts are also available. Minimum contract is 15 hours
Rework for automotive
There are 2 types how to preform rework based on the Location of affected parts and Customer internal guidelines.
1. Directly at your customer warehouse if permitted.
2. If Parts are still located in the OEM, Tier1, Tier2 organization have only 1 authorized S&R company -> possible to perform in Rework in established temporary JOBSHOP in designated area and using own logistics equipment make regular parts transfer.
For correct quotation it would be great to specify the quality issue in the official complaint report (5W2H description, Global8D, or internal Quality alert). It is necessary to know the exact location of service and folowing inputs :
1. Weight of part,
2. Quantity in 1 Handling unit,
3. Type of handling unit (pallet, Cage, Container, Gitterbox )
4. Total quantity of Handling Units,
5. Estimated period of storage
6. Corrective action to be performed on parts
